Gu Ningning, Model Worker of Jiangsu Province, Model Worker of Yancheng City, currently serves as a web anchor at Yancheng JinGang Import and Export Co., Ltd. Since joining the company in 2009, she has worked successively as a planner, order tracker, and salesperson. Step by step, she grew from an ordinary worker into a core pillar of the company.

As a planner, she established a dynamic management mechanism of "diligent sorting, diligent communication, diligent follow-up." When transferred to order tracking, she innovatively designed a full-process customer demand tracking form. As a salesperson, she pioneered a tiered customer service system, providing precise services based on customer needs, maintaining a customer satisfaction rate of over 98%.

Facing the digital wave, Gu Ningning did not cling to traditional models but volunteered to take on the heavy responsibility, starting from scratch to lead the company's live-streaming team.
